Our team

Iban

CEO

Iban co-founded Incremys after more than ten years of experience in management consulting, software engineering, and sales at companies such as Bain & Company, Société Générale, and Qosmos.

This rich and unique background enabled him to develop Incremys, the first platform that truly allows marketing departments to streamline their digital content investments and sustainably increase their online revenue.

Simon

Account Manager

A graduate of EM Normandie, Simon joined Incremys in September 2018 after gaining valuable experience with major accounts such as Renault and the Clarins Group.

He is responsible for managing the customer portfolio and participates in B2B pre-sales events.

Ashraf

CTO

A computer engineer graduated with honors from the National School of Engineers of Carthage, Achraf is also ORACLE Professional certified.

He joined Incremys in July 2020 after three years of successful experience at VERMEG Banking & Insurance Software and currently serves as the company’s CTO.

Yoan

Sales Manager

A graduate of the Paris School of Business, Yoan began his career as a sales representative at the SEA agency Steerfox.

There, he developed strong digital expertise and joined Incremys in January 2023 as Sales Manager, supporting the company’s commercial development and driving its growth.

Thomas

SEO consultant

Thomas is an SEO consultant who graduated in Literature and Foreign Languages from the Sorbonne and then pursued a career in digital marketing and SEO at the IUT in Mulhouse. He managed SEO for major accounts at the Pixalione agency and later at the consulting firm Insign in Paris.

He joined Incremys in 2025 as a Technical SEO Consultant, supporting his clients in optimizing their digital presence.
